- May/June Virtual All-Region Summit – Topic TBA
- April 28, 2025 Hybrid (In-Person & Virtual) Sustainability Leadership Forum – Pacific Northwest, Topic – Positioning ESG Programs in the Face of Backlash
- Description:
How can sustainability leaders move their work forward with confidence during a time of rapid regulatory changes, business uncertainty, and conflicting stakeholder values? What actions and language are needed to fortify your sustainability strategy and reputation? And how can leaders proactively identify and manage business and reputational risk related to sustainability, ESG, and DEI?
Leveraging best practices in sustainability, enterprise transformation, and crisis communications, Uplift’s CEO Corinne Graper and its SVP of Client Services Deon Glaser will share their 6-step framework for how to adapt and navigate these times to ensure your company and team are moving forward on solid ground. This actionable framework can help teams forecast reputational and operational risks, play out different risk scenarios and potential responses so you’re not caught off guard, and shore up your environmental and social strategy and communications.
Corinne Graper is the CEO of Uplift, a sustainability and social impact consulting firm. She has spent more than 20 years in corporate social responsibility, strategy, and communications working for brands such as Kellogg’s, Allstate Insurance, Northwestern Mutual, and the United Nations. She leverages her expertise to create ESG strategies and change management programs that drive enterprise wide sustainability transformation, build ROI, and advance corporate reputation. She has both a masters and bachelors degree in organizational communications.
Deon Glaser is Uplift’s SVP of Client Services – overseeing its ESG, Sustainability, Human Rights, Social Impact, Reporting, and Communication teams.
